With deep experience in aviation processes, I specialize in complex operational and lifecycle workflows—including aircraft maintenance and management, flight operations, crew management, and the systems and integrations that connect them. I work alongside product, technology, and operational teams to uncover the root problem, define what the product actually needs to do, and translate real-world workflows into clear product strategy and requirements.
